Reintroduces the MT5 host-preparation guidance the README dropped during the port from mt5-pnl, adapted to this repo (PyPI install, renamed commands, mandatory encryption, manual-only v1).

Changes

  • New README "Prepare the MT5 host" section — why a dedicated terminal is needed (and that the investor login coexists with the EA's master login), the once-only first-run login ritual, the explicit (-10005, 'IPC timeout') failure mode you hit if you skip it, and where to find terminal_path / login / server.
  • Install gains a one-line Windows uv bootstrap; Quick start gains a "once the host is prepared" prerequisite lead-in.
  • Fixes two stale/contradictory terminal_path examples — the README Configuration block (C:\mt5-poller\) and config.example.yaml (the default C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 5\, almost certainly the user's EA terminal) — to a single dedicated C:\Program Files\MT5 Exporter\terminal64.exe.
  • CONTRIBUTING "Smoke-test a real export" section — the from-clone real-export check for maintainers plus the stronger pre-publish wheel-install check.

Docs only — no code, schema, or tests changed.

Adds a CONTRIBUTING.md "Smoke-test a real export" section to the spec: the
from-clone export check plus the stronger pre-publish wheel-install check,
linking the new README host-prep section.
