Fix card data including attack damage modifiers, Palkia and Dalgia Origin forme names and incorrect weakness for Giratina. Also remove unnecessary HTML formatting from card descriptions

Fix card data for Triumpant Light set including attack damage modifiers, Palkia and Dalgia Origin forme names and incorrect weakness for Giratina.
Also remove unnecessary HTML formatting from card descriptions (fixing issue #687)
Whilst here, also remove anchor tags around referenced Pokemon names in Triumphant Light and also previous PTCGP sets.
