Update the catalog bundle binding to the platform-contract digest published from sw-ourbox-os main after #110. This keeps the hello-world catalog aligned with the current contract for merged-catalog installs and runtime surface consumers.

Superseded by #8. This digest-only refresh no longer matches the coordinated catalog-index publication stack, so I’m closing it to keep the merge train coherent. |

Summary
Refresh catalog/profile.env to the platform-contract digest published from merged sw-ourbox-os#110.
Why
The hello-world catalog bundle still advertised the previous platform-contract digest (sha256:636af2d46d04b086366e97184d4e257d6c6e7dc75f070758d032cdd3cd4ff976). Refreshing it keeps the secondary catalog aligned with the current contract for merged-catalog installs.
