Update the catalog bundle profile and smoke expectation to the current sw-ourbox-os platform contract digest after the merged host-compose changes. This keeps the published catalog bundle compatible with the current upstream producer chain.

Why
The merged sw-ourbox-os mainline now publishes platform contract sha256:bbdb22bf88595c9817c3e90a3171aa4e3ff8571c105e38e689db722a01cebf49. The currently published catalog bundle is still bound to the previous digest, which blocks the upstream Airgap Platform publish workflow from selecting a compatible catalog bundle.
