v0.5.1 Updated MA735 encoder

Updated this to the latest KICAD version release, and add the schematic.

v0.5-alpha

First version release. The hardware has been completely designed and is in the process of being assembled and tested. I thought it was time that this project got its first release. Errors will likely be found.
