Closing - blocked by upstream jenkins-x/go-scm needing to update for gitea SDK 0.22.1 API changes (the EditPullRequestOption.Body field changed from string to *string).

See jenkins-x/go-scm#518

Not a security issue, can revisit when go-scm catches up.
