### Images relocated

During the migration some images has been moved to a sub folder new location and must be also renamed during the override

- Operator job Pruner `/tektoncd/dogfooding/tkn` becomes `/tektoncd/plumbing/tkn`

NIT: the tkn image is not only used for the job pruner


Other images path remains the same.

We started enforcing the download of Tekton images from `ghcr.io`.
