- Fix bug in JitterBuffer that caused noise (see commit fa049f9).
- Merge changes from branch tdesktop. It includes making the public interface TgVoip.h fully compatible with the version from tdesktop (except small typo fix from 892bfa2).
Use `std::invoke_result` from C++17 instead of deprecated `std::result_of`
* Add default values for some VoIPController members * Add assertion checks against nullptr in `TgVoipImpl::controllerStateCallback` and `TgVoipImpl::signalBarsCallback`
