Is this a known issues for MCPs as a whole? If yes, where is it tracked? If it's a known issue of our MCP, this needs to be stated more clearly. Additionally, is it "Otherwise, the Telerik MCP server may get disabled" or is it about "Every time you need to work with the Telerik MCP, you need to check if it's enabled or it got disabled" Does the MCP get disabled randomly, etc.?

We still don't know for sure, but are 99% positive it is a VS2022 bug. The MCP server's use VSCode is stable and doesn't do this. This is being escalated to folks at Microsoft, in the meantime, we want this warning note in our docs to set expectations for users until this bug is fixed.
