Testnet validators

Description

This PR adds the Testnet validators. However, a problem still forbids the data from being displayed correctly.

In the Mainnet solution, the first query at the basket returns an XML with a list of Contents children nodes from which the last key is taken to perform a second query.

However, you can see that the first response of the Testnet bucket returns zero Contents children nodes, which makes the algorithm break.
