Note

Replace remaining tctl references with Temporal CLI in docs and comments.

• Docs:
  • Update packages/proto/protos/index.d.ts to reference Temporal CLI docs instead of tctl.
  • In packages/worker/src/worker-options.ts, change JSDoc for maxActivitiesPerSecond to use temporal task-queue describe instead of tctl task-queue describe.
