fix 100 validator nodes > 125 nodes change each entry to lower case remove the repetition of each glossary entry term minor rephrasing remove obsolete terms that no longer apply to our ecosystem Open to feeback!

We're working on a canonical word list to build trust by using consistent terminology, so I reviewed our Cosmos network glossary and found several opportunities for improvement.
