fix: Fix deprecated network interface argument

This pull request resolves a deprecation warning for the network_interface argument in the aws_instance resource, which was deprecated in version 6.10.0 of the AWS provider.

The following changes have been made:

• The network_interface argument has been replaced with a combination of a dynamic network_interface block for the primary interface and the aws_network_interface_attachment resource for any secondary interfaces.
• A new variable, create_network_interface_attachment, has been added to variables.tf to control the creation of the attachment resource.

This ensures compatibility with the latest AWS provider and removes the deprecation warnings.
