Current status:

  • needs a CONTRIBUTING.md change once there's a centralized one to point at
  • tests are failing, I wrote details in a google doc called "Checkpointing "per-module testing"", look in the second document tab
  • build/int.cloudbuild.yaml has been mangled and needs uncommenting
