fix: enable missing HCL editor widget and update variable description

• Changes are made around variable description to provide correct reference of the variable used.
• Another change is to include the respective OCP DA widgets, missing from the ibm_catalog.json

• Improved input configuration by enabling HCL editor widget and list of strings widget for variables:default_worker_pool_labels, additional_vpe_security_group_ids, additional_security_group_ids and custom_security_group_ids
