BREAKING CHANGES

• var.prefix is no longer a valid input variable. var.key_protect_instance_name is now mandatory if var.create_key_protect_instance is true. Previously, if no value was passed for var.key_protect_instance_name, the instance was named ${var.prefix}-kp.
• var.use_existing_key_rings is no longer a valid input variable. Just continue to use var.existing_key_map to create a key in an existing key ring, and the module will now handle creating the key without the need for the var.use_existing_key_rings variable anymore.
