What's the benefit of this tool compared to just running dotnet nuget locals all --clear?

nuget-gc will remove packages that have not been accessed for a specified number of days (default 30 days) so it only removes "old" packages and doesn't force you to re-download packages that you use regularly.

Also, nuget-gc will do a "dry-run" and tell you what it would remove and how much space would be released, but won't actually do the purge until you [re]run with the --force option.
