For .NET Standard and .NET Framework we have several packages that we want to keep at a specific version, in order to make sure the library works with those versions.
Keeping up and configuring dependabot to ignore those version is rather challenging, therefore we disable dependabot for nuget packages, which we update manually at least with every release.
