refactor: consolidate skill categories and rename gtm to google-tag-manager

Category changes:
- dev-tools → developer-tools (consolidated split naming)
- email-marketing → email-lifecycle (braze, klaviyo-analyst, klaviyo-developer)
- content-marketing → content (merged with existing content category)
- dtc-marketing eliminated — google-analytics, looker-studio, shopify → analytics
- gtm recategorized from dev-tools to analytics
- gtm skill directory renamed to google-tag-manager for clarity
- Regenerated integrations/ to match

Final: 11 categories across 53 skills
