The new in-page anchor target #platform-optimization sits under a sticky header (header has sticky top-0), so navigating from index.html#... will likely land with the section heading hidden behind the header. Other pages handle this via scroll-margin-top/scroll-mt-* for anchor targets (e.g., advanced-resources/index.html:29-31, civic-tech-map/index.html:271). Consider adding an appropriate scroll-mt-* class (or equivalent CSS) to this section so the heading is visible when linked directly.
