Add support for ZeroPad

Description

I want this keyboard to be approved and automatically recognized by via. I can already change keybinds on the web, but I want that it is automatically recognized and supported officially by via.

@diffrentGuesser Before this PR can be analyzed you need to open a PR in https://github.com/the-via/qmk_userspace_via to add the via keymap files. Without that this PR cannot be moved forward.

In the PR checklist you checked that it's merged but I can't find it anywhere

@diffrentGuesser pull changes, then modify the path from v3/handwired/ZeroPad/via.json to v3/handwired/zeropad/zeropad.json

Also you can remove the one in src.
