Add kt60HS-T v2 & v3

Description

Add VIA support for keyten/kt60hs_t/v2/ and keyten/kt60hs_t/v3/.
Also changes the path for keyten/kt60hs_t to keyten/kt60hs_t/v1.
All 3 versions of this PCB use the same keymap (I can't add a link to the PR that adds it, since it was added directly to the QMK repository a long time ago), but they have different PIDs.
