Summary

This PR fixes/implements :

  • Add theses extensions to php8.1 : amqp, apcu, ast, ds, grpc, igbinary*, imagick, mailparse, memcached, mongodb, msgpack, mysqli, pcov, redis, uploadprogress, uuid, yaml
  • Close Enable mysqli extension for PHP 8.1 #280
