Motivation
@cowboyd asked to find a way to reduce the number of LLM files we have in the root of the repository for AI.
Approach
I rebuilt a replacement of llms-full.txt from scratch in a form of an AGENTS.md file. It's 312 lines, which around the recommended max length for an AGENT.md file. This is the only AI file that'll be in the root. I moved the llms.txt into the website assets and changed the links in the footer.
