webhook example shows two matcher examples

Motivation

The previous example was missing some events with the example loop. Switch to a more appropriate example that would better highlight the use case and catch all events.

Approach

Tweak the example and update the test. This is per discussions in Discord about the use of take() and where it is appropriate.
