Hi, if I want to reproduce the results in notebooks/data_analysis/pancreas.ipynb, which version of 'scArches' should I install?

Hi, please use the most updated version, we moved from TF version to PyTorch now.

It seems that the most updated version does not have CVAE (MSE) or CVAE (NB) used in ‘Mapping single-cell data to reference atlases by transfer learning’.
