I've added a button that triggers the seed reroll function.
I tried to preserve a decent amount of visual aesthetic but I'm super unfamiliar with swing so I'm not sure if I accomplished it in a satisfactory manner. Ideally, I probably would have tried to make the "reroll seed" button not fill the entire space but a cursory glance over documentation didn't give me any insights into how to achieve it. I also moved the language dropdown to it's own line and added a label to it so that things wouldn't get jammed on that first line with the seed.
Hopefully this helps and achieves what was discussed in the
racingchannel Saturday but if not I'm open to whatever changes you feel are necessary (or scrapping the PR if you feel this is not a good use of your time.)
