Proposed changes

Add diagnostic plugin script to collection information about the OS's CA trust store to help diagnose connectivity issues due to missing or invalid ca certificates.

The diagnostic plugin includes:

  • list file/symlinks in the /etc/ssl/certs/ directory
  • copy the ca-certificates.crt file

Types of changes

  • Improvement (general improvements like code refactoring that doesn't explicitly fix a bug or add any new functionality)
  • Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
