Add the latest version 1.6.0 in hermit package HCLs, for trh-y.
Run the following commands to get manifest updated
. bin/activate-hermit
hermit upgrade tuc trh
hermit manifest add-digests bin/packages/trh.hcl bin/packages/tuc.hcl
wmagda
approved these changes
