Custom piece style

Description

We wanna be able to have custom piece style as we currently can update the color of the game

How Has This Been Tested?

How to update the skins

You can use chess-tui --update-skins to update your skins.json file with the default one (this will not override your past skin file but will archive it in the config folder)

Checklist:

• My code follows the style guidelines of this project

Seems to work pretty well, this will let you make some cool piece design (I'm terrible at that 💀 )
if you make some nice ones please make a pr to edit the default_skins.json so we can share them with the community !

Okay thank you! In the next couple of days I will try to make my own design and send it.
