Prevent infinite recursion in Category\Order::getCategoryTree() #3790

Accessing the category management page triggered a fatal error when category data contained circular or self-references, causing unbounded recursion until PHP's stack limit (8MB) was exhausted.

Changes

Added cycle detection via $visited parameter tracking processed category IDs during tree traversal
Improved type safety by using extracted integer $categoryId consistently instead of mixing string/int keys
Corrected PHPDoc to reflect actual array structure: array<array{category_id: string, parent_id: string}> not stdClass[]
Added test coverage for self-reference, simple circular reference, and complex circular chains
