- Introduced a MetricsRecorder to the Registry for lazy initialization of metrics. - Added detailed metrics recording for DKG execution attempts, including success, failure, and retries. - Implemented metrics for signing execution, capturing duration and success/failure status. - Updated the TBTC node initialization to set the metrics recorder if client info is configured. - Enhanced logging and metrics for group registration and unregistration events. This update improves observability and performance monitoring for DKG and signing operations.
