Description of the Change
This change adds the new Thunderbird Appointments logo to email templates. The new logo is a bit smaller, so email filesize is reduce by 11.7 KB too.

Benefits
Emails now match with the application logo and are a bit lighter.
Known issues
The color definitions may be outdated too and need some love in the future.
