Fixes #1412.
BrowserStack link here for updated E2E tests running and passing on Firefox (on stage). Note that the actual booking page overhaul (#1407) hasn't been deployed to production yet; so after this E2E test PR lands the updated E2E tests will pass locally and on stage, but will fail on production (the nightly test job) until the next Appointment production deployment occurs).
