There was an appointment-caldav-secret that we do need in stage. Davi and I made sure it was set up there yesterday. |

On second review, it looks like the log level is being removed. Lemme add that back. |

This updates the Accounts deployment flow to update the new
.accounts_imagevariable in the config, which gets applied to all task definitions that use it. Also, I did a pass on the prod config, fixed several things out of alphabetical order, and found a couple items that were missing.
