I was setting up tidal on a new machine and noticed some of the repository links were still pointing to github. This PR updates those to use codeberg.
I'm not using Windows, so I couldn't verify whether that shell command is actually the right way to clone tidal, but just substituted the new repo link using the existing format that was there.
