In setup_caret.sh, ansible-playbook returned the error "command not found."
I set the path myself, but
Wouldn't it be better if it could run without the user having to set the PATH, or if the message explained how to set it up?
I also received the error "command not found" for jupyter-lab.

I have updated the script to require the environment variable ALLOW_BREAK_SYSTEM_PACKAGES=true when running on ROS 2 Jazzy.
