Rename some things

Wanted to rename two things to avoid confusion and be a bit more consistent.

• getMemories -> recall - to be consistent with the other tool names
• key -> scope - as some expected a key to be for an individual memory

You'll need to make PRs against slack-db and progress-tracking-agent to update the guard for memory mcp to use scope instead of key. Will also need to update the direct_tool_call I added in slack-db as well to the new tool name.

I'm going to go ahead and merge now, since all the deploys are broken anyways. I created timescale/tiger-eon#17 to implement the needed changes.
