Identified a vulnerability where inviteUser and resendInvite server actions were exposing raw error messages (potentially including SMTP details) to the client.

Implemented secure error handling by:

  1. Wrapping sensitive operations in try/catch.
  2. Logging full error details securely on the server.
  3. Returning generic error messages to the client.
  4. Ensuring ZodError and specific authorization errors are propagated correctly.

Verified with integration tests and full test suite.

- Updated `updateUserRole` to catch DB errors while preserving Zod/Auth errors
- Updated integration tests to expect generic error messages
- Added Sentinel Journal entry
