- Updates `StatusSelect`, `SeveritySelect`, `PrioritySelect`, and `ConsistencySelect` to use dynamic `aria-label` attributes that include the currently selected value (e.g., "Status: In Progress"). - This ensures screen reader users hear the current state rather than just the field name. - Adds `src/components/issues/fields/SelectFields.test.tsx` to verify the accessibility improvement. - Adds journal entry to `.jules/palette.md`.
