Move from sources.list to sources.list.d/tizonia.list

To follow best practice, I am moving the tizonia repository from sources.list.
I placed the repository to the new dedicated file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/tizonia.list

To prevent issues of a double repository, I remove the previous record in sources.list only if exist:

sudo sed -i '/dl.bintray.com\/tizonia/d' /etc/apt/sources.list
