Much simpler than current pull request from Rolzad73:master.
The hasDockedRects flag is irrelevant other than it detects your auto hidden taskbars correctly.
Old bug, kinda irrelevant, but leaving for posterity.
TLDR; Adding a rect for every screen, empty rect when no dock.
