pico_test_synth v0.4: hwtest updated for CircuitPython 10

This release contains an updated prebuilt UF2 of the simple "circuitpython/hwtest" synth that's been updated for CircuitPython 10. It includes CircuitPython 10 for a Raspberry Pi Pico RP2040.

Installing the "hwtest_pico_rp2040.uf2" will install CircuitPython 10.0.0-alpha.3, the "hwtest" code, and all necessary libraries.

pico_test_synth v0.2

This release includes both the original "hwtest" UF2 and an updated "hwtest" that has simple USB & UART MIDI input.

To install a UF2, hold down the BOOT button while powering up. Then copy the UF2 to the RPI-RP2 drive. The result will be a full install of CircuitPython, the code.py file, and all needed libraries and other files.
