- Use bootstrap - "togo.css" - compass, font-awesome
gggenome 検索し、その結果を元に、SPARQL を生成し RDFストアに問い合わせ、 その結果の JSON を表示するようにした。これで1本通したつもり。
SPA化にともない、デザインのために元々のDOMツリーを保ちつつ開発を続けることはコストが非常に大きいため、 いったん既存のデザインを当てないようにすることにし、Bootstrap ベースにすることにした。 また、4.0.0.alpha がでたのでそれに乗るようにする。
検索結果にマイナス鎖があることを考慮して、正規表現でハイライト箇所を探すのではなく、 Sequence内の位置を見てハイライトするようにした

Togogenome SPA化で、画面からサーバ側を1本通して作ろうと思い、
手軽に作れそうな Sequence 検索を作ってみました。
