feat: add anomaly detection display and AI analysis results to Activity Log

- Add DetectionInfo and AnomalyEventData interfaces for typed anomaly data
- Poll /api/anomalies for AI deep analysis results (severity, predictedImpact)
- Show per-cycle anomaly badges with metric direction indicators
- Display AI analysis severity and predicted impact in log entries
- Consolidate status bar: cycle count + anomaly summary
- Improve Activity Log layout: 24h time format, date display, column spacing
- Remove max-height constraint for better card alignment
- Remove obsolete codebase audit docs
