Project Goal: To radically improve digital inclusion and literacy in South Africa by offering immediate, voice-activated customer support for telecommunications (teleco) services in all major indigenous languages. We are turning the language barrier from an obstacle into a bridge.
While South Africa has 11 official languages, most digital self-service platforms, apps, and chatbots are only offered in English. This creates a massive linguistic barrier, excluding the majority of the population (over 90%) from confidently accessing and utilizing essential digital services, thereby worsening the digital literacy divide.
Our solution directly addresses this by making account management and troubleshooting accessible via voice in the user's home language.
