Error in test says

ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE  Cannot install with "frozen-lockfile" because pnpm-lock.yaml is not up to date with testapps/next/package.json

I suppose it is not enough to update next via npm, but it has to be updated via pnpm to get to pnpm-lock.yaml.
