Subtasks

• Rename dir packages/torrent-repository to packages/swarm-coordination-registry
• Rename crate torrust-tracker-torrent-repository to torrust-tracker-swarm-coordination-registry
• Rename type Swarm to Coordinator
• Rename type Swarms to Registry
• Move Coordinator and Registry inside a Swarm module.
