I've recently written codeberg.vim, a plugin that hooks fugitive's
GBrowseup with codeberg. This PR is just adding a link to this plugin in the GBrowse section of the README alongside the mentions of plugins for other hosting providers. Please let me know if anything else is needed from me, thanks!
