Very few changes here, but good results :)

Sorry, I don't know how to make the spiOverJtag_10cl080484.rbf.gz file without a QSF file :(

Applied. Thanks @0xDRRB!
To adds a new spiOverJtag bitstream for altera device everything must be done in spiOverJtagsubdirectory.
It requires to have edalize installed (but I think to move to LiteX framework to simplify build.py script).

Adding a entry may be resumed by : 5ac611c

(I know a dedicated README.md is required ;-) )
